From a very young age, Carol Patterson has been committed to spreading the love of God throughout the world. She knows that ultimately it is God's love that draws people to Him. Thus, she purposes to rejuvenate and spark a revival in the earth with God's love.
Carol grew up knowing that God was real and that He saved, healed, and delivered. At the tender age of 7, Carol began to have spiritual encounters and experience intercession. At 12 years old, Carol accepted the call to the nations. Putting herself in God's hands and sincerely seeking a relationship with Him, Carol followed the path blazed by relatives before her. In particular, her grandmother, was part of the Appalachian Mountains' great awakening in the early 1900s, a time marked by miracles, signs, and wonders. As she submitted herself to God, He increased her knowledge and understanding. As her love for God deepened, so did her love for people and her desire to see them grow in their own relationship with the Father.
Carol has served the church in a variety of capacities. She has a strong prophetic anointing, loves to worship, and is an anointed teacher, missionary, intercessor, lover of the presence of God, and student of the Word. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the International School of Ministry and studied musical theory at Gadsden State Community College. Her ministry has taken her to Africa, South America, and the Middle East, where she conducted crusades and worked with other missionaries.
Fueled by a passion for missions and a desire to do the will of the Father, she founded Awaken Love Global Missions in 2022. The mission is simple. To awaken people around the world to the love of God through global missions and humanitarian work. We believe passionately in the power of God's love and Word to transform nations. At Awaken Love Global Missions, love is at the core of everything we do.
